Important dates for basketball

Mark your calendars:

November 9 Parent meeting in the lecture hall 7pm.

November 16 Practice starts (We practice every school day, some school breaks, and many Saturdays throughout the season- practice attendance is mandatory. Weekend practices are less common for reserves.) You must have an ORANGE CARD to begin practice.

Thanksgiving practice In a change from recent years, the varsity will practice on the Friday and Saturday of Thanksgiving. We need these practices to get the season off to a better start.

December 3 Games begin (attendance at all games is required- conflicts with other HHS activities will be evaluated as they occur)

December 23-27 Holiday moratorium (no games or practices). Reserves usually take a longer break. Varsity GNAC tournament over break is Dec 28-29-30 in McCook.

Season Ends Reserves Feb 15 , JV Feb 16, Varsity March 5. (Players are expected to commit to finishing the season with their team)
